MedVA Made Easier provides medical virtual assistant training, placement, and/or staffing support services designed to help healthcare practices and professionals find, onboard, and work with virtual assistants.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence to use our Services.

Client Responsibilities
If you engage a virtual assistant through our Services, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the VA complies with the laws, licensing requirements, professional rules, and regulatory obligations applicable to your practice and jurisdiction.
- Do not request a VA to perform tasks requiring a professional license unless you have confirmed that the VA is appropriately authorized to perform them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of patient and business information provided to the VA.
- You are responsible for obtaining any patient consents or authorizations required for your use of the Services.
- You remain responsible for decisions made by your practice and for clinical care provided to your patients.
Virtual assistant services are administrative and operational support services. They do not replace the professional judgment, clinical responsibility, or legal obligations of a healthcare provider or organization.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, software, and other materials, is the property of MedVA Made Easier or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.

- Use the Site or Services for an unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
